The Enoteca Regionale of Barbaresco had the pleasure to host a small representation of the association Munskänkarna, Swedish organization no-profit with more than 27,000 members that aims to increase the knowledge and education of wine.
Every year the organization nominates and selects the city of wine of the year and 2019 was the year of Barbaresco. The visit of the Swedish guests, aimed at a close acquaintance with our wine region, It was composed of a detailed lesson on the MGA of Barbaresco at the Consortium of Protection, a tour of the crù with the journalist Giancarlo Montaldo and visits to some wineries in the area. The representation was then officially welcomed by the mayor of Barbaresco on the Tower for a toast to conclude the weekend.
