One hundred and eighty winemakers participate in the Vite Colte project, cultivating three hundred hectares, some of which are being converted to organic, the rest in integrated management. The grapes are harvested on the established date and the wine is made according to rigorous protocols, dedicating to the wine all the attention that the pursuit of excellence requires. A vast heritage of vineyards, motivated and expert winemakers; modern winemaking facilities, the technology needed to preserve and enhance the quality of the grapes: these are all the elements that contribute to the production of great wines.
