The term Punset comes from the Piedmontese dialect and literally means “beautiful hill” or “point”. The vineyards have been owned by the Marcarino family for a long time, but it was in 1964 that Renzo Marcarino officially began the activity by placing the first bottles on the market. At the beginning of the 80s, his daughter Marina, currently in the cellar, chose to convert the entire company to organic cultivation, eliminating pesticides and synthetic products.
