With vineyards that extend over 33 hectares on the hills of the Langhe and Monferrato, Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy is a point of reference in Piedmontese wine production, with roots dating back to the 18th century. In 1973 Alberto di Grésy created the winery and began making wine from his own grapes, previously sold to other producers. For the first time, Barbaresco Docg Martinenga, a cru exclusively owned by Marchesi di Grésy since 1797, was produced under the winery’s label. In 2013, Alessandro and Ludovica di Grésy joined their father Alberto in managing the company. For the di Grésy family, sustainability is the fundamental value and main objective: every choice is made to make the winery as sustainable as possible, from the vineyards to the cellar.
