Manuel Marinacci founded his own company in 2002 in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, following a passion that had developed over the years of studying agronomy and oenology, and producing his first vintage in 2004. The company extends over an area of about four hectares of vineyards, divided equally between Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo da Barbaresco. Manuel personally follows all the phases of Nebbiolo processing: from cultivation practices to harvesting and winemaking.
