Lodali is a company with a long tradition. Giovanni Lodali, the son of farmers, began making wine in 1939 for the customers of his trattoria in Treiso, which at the time was the only post office in the town. Even then, Giovanni supported the need to select the grapes for his wines. In 1958, his son Lorenzo, together with his wife Rita, made the first Barbaresco wines, developing a more modern and well-equipped cellar. Since 2005, Walter Lodali, an oenologist, has taken over the management of the company, which he still runs today with passion and dedication.
