In Vezza d’Alba, in the heart of Roero, is the Demarie Giovanni farm, which for more than
three generations has managed with skill, commitment and great passion the 30 hectares of vineyards. Environmental respect with the application of the concepts of integrated pest management, appropriate pruning, thinning, manual harvesting and careful selection of the bunches allow to obtain a
range of native wines that are a symbol of the territory in which they are born. After the land and the vineyards, the cellar is the place where the production cycle is completed. The company’s choice to vinify exclusively the grapes coming from the vineyards owned by it guarantees the authenticity of the product. Soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging in selected woods are aimed at enhancing the natural characteristics of the grapes while maintaining their aromatic integrity.
