Born as a mixed company (viticulture and fruit growing) on the hills of the municipality of Alba, in the Madonna di Como area, it changed destination when the founder's son Walter Veglia, having finished the Enological school of Alba and after some consultancy in prestigious wineries, decided to vinify the grapes of the property also involving his brother Mauro. The first Barbaresco on the market was the 2006 one after part of the Castellizzano farmhouse in Treiso was acquired.
